Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, coat the chicken thighs with olive oil.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper on the chicken, rubbing the spices well into the meat.
- Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cooking
- Cook for about 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is golden and crisp.
- Remove from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Use bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs for best flavor. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket for even cooking. Feel free to experiment with different spices.
