  • 3 large large eggs
  • 3 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it is softened for easy mixing.
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
  • a pinch salt

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar together until stiff peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, mix the egg yolks, softened cream cheese, and salt until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture until well combined.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and dollop the mixture onto the sheet in circular shapes (about 2-3 inches wide).
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
  7. Allow them to cool before enjoying.

Notes

For maximum fluffiness, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Avoid overmixing to keep the airiness. You can add spices or herbs for additional flavor.
