Cheese Mixture
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Freshly shredded for best results
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Freshly shredded for best results
Spices
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the cheese mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing them about two inches apart.
  5. Flatten the spoonfuls slightly to form small circles.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  2. Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

These chips pair well with guacamole, salsa, or your favorite keto-friendly dip. Store any leftovers in an airtight container for a few days and reheat in the oven to regain crunch.
