For the Creamy Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream Can be substituted with coconut cream for a dairy-free option.
  • 1 cup broth (chicken or vegetable) Ensure it’s low in carbs for keto compliance.
  • 2 cloves garlic Minced, optional for extra flavor.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, salt, pepper, and herbs. Mix gently without overmixing.
  2. Form the mixture into small meatballs.
Cooking
  1. In a skillet, brown the meatballs over medium heat until they are golden on all sides.
  2. Remove the meatballs from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic (if using) and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and broth, bringing it to a simmer.
  5. Return the meatballs to the skillet and simmer for 15 minutes, until cooked through.

Notes
