Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, cheese, and cooked sausage.
  3. Grease a muffin tin with non-stick spray or use silicone muffin liners.
  4. Pour the mixture into the greased muffin tin.
