Cooking
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat until hot.
- Fry the egg rolls in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
Notes
For best results, don’t overfill the wrappers, and seal the edges well with a little water. Serve with ranch, sour cream, or salsa.
