- Marinate the chicken in soy sauce, ginger, and garlic for 1 hour.
Cooking
- Sauté the marinated chicken in a pan until it’s cooked through.
- Pour in the sweet and savory sauce made from brown sugar and soy sauce.
- Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken beautifully.
Notes
Serve with steamed jasmine rice or fried rice. For added flavor, sprinkle sesame seeds on top. You can also substitute beef or tofu as an alternative to chicken.
