Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F, or get a pan hot on medium heat.
- Split a pack of slider rolls in half, keeping the bottoms in a tray.
- Layer thin slices of turkey, ham, and Swiss cheese on the bottom rolls.
- Put the top rolls on and press lightly.
- Whisk 2 eggs with 1/4 cup milk, a pinch of salt, and a little pepper in a shallow dish.
- Dip each sandwich top and bottom quickly in the egg mix, do not soak.
Cooking
- Melt a little butter in a pan and brown sliders for about 1 minute per side, or brush butter on top and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the cheese melts.
- If desired, dust with a little powdered sugar.
Serving
- Serve with raspberry or strawberry jam for dipping.
Notes
Use thin slices of meat for better fitting. Don’t soak the rolls in egg, a quick dip is enough. Brush with melted butter before baking for a golden top. Cut into separate sliders after baking to serve easily.
