Preparation
- Crush your favorite cookies for the crust.
- Mix the crushed cookies with melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Fold in whipped cream until the mixture is fluffy and well combined.
- Pour the cream cheese filling over the crust and spread it evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least four hours, or until set.
Notes
Serve chilled, topped with fresh fruits or sauces. Can be frozen for about a month in an airtight container.
