  • 8 ounces noodles Cook according to package directions.
  • 1 bell pepper bell peppers, chopped Any color bell pepper can be used.
  • 1 cup broccoli florets Fresh or frozen can be used.
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced Add other preferred vegetables if desired.
  • 1/3 cup stir-fry sauce Use favorite brand.

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients: shrimp, noodles, bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, and stir-fry sauce.
  2. Cook the noodles according to the package directions, then set them aside.
Cooking
  1. In a large pan over medium heat, add a splash of oil and sauté the shrimp until they turn pink.
  2. Add the chopped vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until they are tender yet crisp.
  3. Mix in the cooked noodles and sauce, stirring everything together until well combined.
  4. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For added crunch, top with sesame seeds. You can substitute shrimp with chicken, beef, or tofu if preferred.
