  • 1 pinch salt To taste for cooking pasta.
Sauce Ingredients
  • 4 cloves minced garlic Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Can be substituted with coconut cream for a vegan version.
  • 1 cup grated cheese Parmesan works well; substitute with nutritional yeast for vegan.
  • to taste salt Adjust as needed.
  • to taste pepper Adjust to personal preference.
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
