  • 1 15.25-ounce box yellow cake mix
  • ¾ cup butter, sliced into 24 cuts Use unsalted butter for better flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the sliced peaches along with their liquid evenly at the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the yellow cake mix evenly over the peaches without stirring.
  4. Add the sliced butter evenly over the top of the cake mix.
Baking
  1. Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.

  1. Serve warm or at room temperature, with optional toppings like vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
