Preparation
  1. Gather your ingredients and ensure they are at room temperature.
  2. Soften Boursin and cream cheese by letting them sit for 10-15 minutes or microwaving for 5-10 seconds.
  3. In a bowl, mix the softened cheeses with a fork or small whisk until smooth.
  4. Add the lemon juice and stir in the pepper jelly, starting with half the jar and adjusting to taste.
  5. For a firmer dip, chill for 30 minutes. For a softer dip, serve immediately.
  6. Before serving, top with extra pepper jelly and garnish with chopped chives or parsley.

Notes

Taste as you go and adjust jelly amounts for sweetness and spice. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
