Ingredients
  

For the steak
  • 1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper to taste
For the vegetables
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
For assembly
  • 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)
  • Cauliflower rice, mashed potatoes, or white rice (for serving)

Method
 

Cooking the Steak
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced steak, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Sear for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  3. Remove the steak and set aside.
Sautéing the Vegetables
  1. In the same pan, add onions, bell peppers, and garlic.
  2. Cook for 4-5 minutes until soft.
Assembling the Bowls
  1. Divide your choice of cauliflower rice, mashed potatoes, or white rice into bowls.
  2. Add the cooked steak and sautéed veggies on top.
Melting the Cheese
  1. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the warm ingredients and allow it to melt naturally.
  2. For extra crispiness, broil for 1-2 minutes.
Garnishing and Serving
  1. Top with fresh parsley and enjoy.

For best results, add a splash of water when reheating leftovers to maintain moisture. This recipe is customizable; feel free to use different vegetables or grains according to your preference.
