- Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with olive oil or butter.
- Place a tortilla on the skillet and spread a generous amount of pizza sauce on half of it.
- Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then add your chosen toppings.
- Fold the tortilla over to create a half-moon shape.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes, until both sides are crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before slicing into wedges.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for enhanced flavor. Don’t overfill to ensure easy flipping. Experiment with different toppings. Cook at medium heat for perfect cheese melting.
