  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth.
  3. Mix in the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture onto a prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly, then sprinkle the candy corn on top.
  5. Let the bark set in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours.
  6. Once set, break the bark into irregular shards and sprinkle with sea salt before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. In warmer areas, consider refrigerating to avoid melting. Let it sit for a few minutes before enjoying to soften.
