Ingredients
  

Marinade
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust according to preference
Chicken
  • 2 pounds chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Add during last few minutes of grilling
Skewers
  • Skewers (wooden or metal) Soak wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes before grilling

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the ranch dressing, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or longer for more flavor.
Grilling
  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving some space between each piece.
  3. Grill the skewers for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. In the last few minutes of grilling, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken skewers.
  5. Remove from the grill and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

These skewers can be served with a fresh garden salad, grilled vegetables, or over a bed of seasoned rice. A dip of extra ranch dressing is a nice touch!
