Preparation
- In a bowl, combine the ranch dressing, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or longer for more flavor.
Grilling
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving some space between each piece.
- Grill the skewers for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
- In the last few minutes of grilling, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken skewers.
- Remove from the grill and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
These skewers can be served with a fresh garden salad, grilled vegetables, or over a bed of seasoned rice. A dip of extra ranch dressing is a nice touch!
