  • 1 cup zucchini Sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes Halved

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven.
  2. Gather and prepare all vegetables: chop bell peppers and slice zucchini.
  3. Slice the sausage into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Spread chopped veggies and sausage on a baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
  6. Toss everything together and spread in a single layer.
Cooking
  1. Bake in a preheated oven until sausage is cooked through and veggies are tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. Serve hot, either directly from the pan or plated.

Notes

To ensure even cooking, cut sausage and vegetables into similar sizes. Do not overcrowd the pan to avoid steaming instead of roasting.
