- Cut the rolls in half and toast them lightly until golden.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add butter.
Cooking
- Crack the eggs into the pan and fry to your liking, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Add the smoked gammon slices to the pan to heat them up until warm and slightly browned.
Assembly
- Place a slice of gammon on the bottom half of the toasted roll and add the fried egg on top.
- Cover with the top half of the roll, press down gently, and serve.
