Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

  4. Stir in the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt until there are no visible flour streaks.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Cover the dough and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
Baking
  1. Scoop the dough onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet, placing scoops about 2 inches apart.
  2. Bake for 10-11 minutes until the edges are set but the centers remain soft.
  3. Let the cookies cool before serving.

Notes
