Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.

- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
Baking
- Scoop the dough onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet, placing scoops about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-11 minutes until the edges are set but the centers remain soft.
- Let the cookies cool before serving.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container for 3-4 days at room temperature. To maintain softness, consider placing a piece of bread in the container. For longer storage, refrigerate or freeze them.
