- In a mixing bowl, beat the butter until smooth.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk, mixing until light and fluffy.
Decorating
- Once cookies are cooled, pipe or spread the buttercream on top.
- Use candies, sprinkles, or edible markers for decoration to create bunny faces and ears.
- Let the buttercream set briefly before stacking or serving.
Notes
Chill dough to maintain shape while baking. Do not overbake; cookies will continue to bake on the tray after removal. Store cookies in an airtight container with parchment between layers to preserve softness.
