Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the sourdough discard, cheese, flour, salt, and any optional spices.
- Mix until a dough forms.
Chilling
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Baking
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut into squares or desired shapes and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy and golden.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh. Store in an airtight container for up to a week. You can freeze the dough before baking for future use.
