Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the sliced peaches with sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
  3. Allow the peach mixture to sit while you prepare the crust.
  4. Roll out your biscuit dough to fit the baking dish.

Baking
