Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into strips.
  3. Set up three bowls: one with flour, the second with beaten eggs, and the third with a mixture of breadcrumbs and spices.
  4. Dredge the chicken strips in flour, dip them in the egg, and then coat them with the seasoned breadcrumbs.
Baking
  1. Place the strips on the baking sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
