  • 8 ounces spaghetti Cook until al dente.
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can diced tomatoes Use canned tomatoes with or without spices.
  • 1 cup green bell peppers, diced Feel free to substitute with other vegetables.
  • 2 cups shredded cheese Mix of cheddar, mozzarella, or pepper jack recommended.

  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper Adjust based on desired heat level.
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder Optional for added flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, and green bell peppers.
  4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the mixture and stir well.
Baking
  1. Add cayenne pepper, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator or freezer. Reheat before serving. Adding vegetables can enhance nutrition and flavor.
