Ingredients
  

For the Wonton Cups
  • 12 pieces wonton wrappers Can use square or round wrappers.
For the Filling
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, sautéed Ensure to chop finely.
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped Canned or frozen works fine.
  • 8 ounces cream cheese Softened for easier mixing.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Freshly grated yields better flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a muffin tin by greasing it lightly.
  3. Place wonton wrappers into the muffin tin, pressing them down to form cups.
Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sautéed spinach, chopped artichokes, cream cheese, and grated Parmesan.
  2. Mix until the ingredients are well combined.
Assembly and Baking
  1. Fill each wonton cup with a heaping spoonful of the spinach and artichoke mixture.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the wonton cups are golden brown.
  3. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Do not overfill the wonton cups for even baking. Fresh spinach elevates flavor. Serve with balsamic reduction or marinara sauce for dipping.
