- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms by wiping them down with a damp cloth and carefully remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, minced garlic, and breadcrumbs until combined.
- Season the mixture with your favorite herbs.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the creamy mixture.
- Cut olives in half and place them on top of each stuffed mushroom.
Cooking
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking dish.
- Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
- Let them cool slightly and enjoy!
