Ingredients

Main ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut milk, chilled (use canned or boxed coconut milk drink)
  • 1/2 cup brewed and chilled hibiscus tea (or strawberry acai refresher base if you have it)
  • 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries (or 2 tablespoons freeze-dried strawberries)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons simple syrup or sweetener to taste
  • 1 cup ice
  • optional a few freeze-dried strawberry pieces for garnish

Method

Preparation
  1. If using fresh strawberries, mash them lightly with a fork or blend briefly.
  2. In a tall glass or shaker, add the chilled hibiscus tea or refresher base and the simple syrup.
  3. Stir in the coconut milk, then add the mashed or freeze-dried strawberries.
  4. Add ice and shake or stir well until the drink looks smooth and pink.
  5. Pour into a glass and top with a few freeze-dried strawberry pieces if desired.

Notes

Chill all liquids first for the best taste. Use freeze-dried strawberries for enhanced color and texture. Adjust sweetness to your preference and experiment with dairy alternatives if needed.
