Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
Cheesecake Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
Topping
  • 1 cup crushed strawberries for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Press this mixture into a lined baking dish to form your crust.
Cheesecake Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth it out.
  4. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until set.
  5. Let it cool completely before chilling in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Serving
  1. Once chilled, slice into bite-sized pieces and top with crushed strawberries.

Notes

Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth filling. You can substitute other berries for a unique twist. Serve on a platter, garnished with fresh strawberries or mint.
