Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Press this mixture into a lined baking dish to form your crust.
Cheesecake Filling
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth it out.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until set.
- Let it cool completely before chilling in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Serving
- Once chilled, slice into bite-sized pieces and top with crushed strawberries.
Notes
Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth filling. You can substitute other berries for a unique twist. Serve on a platter, garnished with fresh strawberries or mint.
