- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey, breaking it apart until browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic and continue to cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in honey and mix well to coat the turkey.
- If using, add diced bell pepper and broccoli, cooking until they are tender.
Serving
- Serve over a bed of rice, alongside steamed vegetables, or in lettuce wraps.
Notes
