  • 4 cups cooked rice Best if day-old
  • 2 large eggs Beaten
  • 2 cloves garlic Minced
  • 1 cup peas Frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup carrots Diced
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce Adjust to taste
  • 2 green onions for garnish Chopped, optional

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a pan, sauté the shrimp until they are pink and fully cooked.
  2. Push the shrimp to one side of the pan and scramble the eggs on the other side.
  3. Add the minced garlic, peas, and diced carrots to the pan, stirring until heated through.
  4. Mix in the cooked rice and soy sauce, stirring everything together until well combined.

Notes

Use day-old rice for better texture. Ensure the pan is hot before adding ingredients for optimal frying.
