- Sprinkle the crumb topping evenly over the pineapple mixture.
Baking
- Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, until the top is golden and the filling is set.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving, as it will firm up a little as it cools.
Notes
Drain the pineapple well to prevent a runny casserole. Press the topping gently to ensure it stays on while baking. Consider using brown sugar in the filling for a richer flavor. Check the casserole at 30 minutes for doneness.
